Requirements
By purchasing this product, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the following artwork requirements. MAD Customs of Texas is not liable for any misprints resulting from failure to meet these specifications.
- File Specifications: Artwork must be print-ready, submitted as a 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background. This is the only file format we accept. If your artwork does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- Color Profile: For accurate color reproduction, artwork must use a CMYK print profile. Files submitted in an RGB profile may result in inaccurate printed colors. Learn more about RGB vs. CMYK here. MAD Customs of Texas is not responsible for color discrepancies due to RGB submissions and will not provide reprints, replacements, or revisions. Note: Programs like Canva and Silhouette do not support CMYK profiles. To convert your artwork to CMYK, use software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.
- Artwork Layout: Artwork must be "ganged" (arranged) within the size parameters you select. We do not offer gang sheeting services.
- Sizing: Submit artwork at the exact size you want, within the chosen size parameters. MAD Customs of Texas will not resize or modify your artwork.
- Mirroring: Do not mirror your files. Our printing system automatically handles this. Mirrored submissions will print backwards, and we will not offer refunds or replacements for this error.
- Print-Ready Submission: Artwork will be printed exactly as submitted. We do not provide editing services, including cropping, color adjustments, or profile conversions (e.g., RGB to CMYK). Ensure your file is fully print-ready, as refunds will not be issued for printed artwork issues.
- Legal Responsibility: By uploading a file, you confirm you have the legal rights to print the design. MAD Customs of Texas is not liable for trademark or copyright violations and reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
